Transparent Patient Billing Guidelines • Effective October 2026
At Dr. Sandbhor's Dental Clinic (Orthodontist), we are committed to transparent, honest, and ethical dental care. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund guidelines for consultation bookings and clinical procedures.
Consultation requests made online are free or confirmed at the reception desk. If you have paid an advance consultation deposit and need to reschedule, please notify us at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled time. Your deposit will be fully transferred to your rescheduled appointment or refunded without penalty.
Orthodontic clear aligners (such as Invisalign), custom zirconia crowns, ceramic veneers, and surgical implant guides are bespoke, custom-manufactured medical devices fabricated exclusively for an individual patient's anatomical jaw structure. Once digital intraoral scans are finalized and laboratory manufacturing is commissioned, laboratory fabrication fees cannot be refunded.
In the event a multi-stage treatment plan is discontinued for medical or personal reasons, unperformed treatment stages will be calculated, and any unutilized advance balance will be refunded via original payment mode within 5 to 7 business banking days.
